Our custom belt buckles are crafted from a variety of materials such as stainless steel, zinc alloy, enamel, and brass. The specific material used may depend on the design of the buckle. During the initial consultation and design agreement you will have the opportunity to confirm the material choice for your custom belt buckles.

Yes, the mimum order quantity is 100 custom promotional belt buckles.

To get a quote, complete and submit the “Request a Quote” form found at the top of the Home page. The price will be determined based on factors such as the number of units, materials and design specifications. After submitting the form, you can expect a response within 1-3 business days.

All payments are upfront. However, partial payments are negotiable for orders of 500+ units.

The production time for our custom belt buckles is typically 37-42 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. For customers in the US and Canada, shipping typically takes 4-6 days, while shipping to Europe may take longer. Please keep in mind that these times are estimates and may vary. We recommend placing your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery, as our production schedule can be quite busy.

Once you’ve approved your custom belt buckle design and paid your invoice, you will receive an order confirmation email.

No, refunds are not possible once the belt buckle design has been approved, the invoice has been paid and the order is under manufacturing.

Our refund policy is applicable only in cases where the received order is faulty. As all artwork needs client approval prior to submission, refunds related to artwork/design of the belt buckles are not issued.
